If you would like a paper copy of the 2025 pharmacy directory for your area, please contact Member Services at 888-488-9850 between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. Central Time. From Oct. 1 through March 31; 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Central Time, and Monday through Friday from April 1 through Sept. 30. TTY users should call 711.
